Elisa and Ryan's Holiday-ish Fun Time Photo Session
Well, I don't know about you but the holiday season is in full force around here! That means lots of holiday soiree's, time with family and friends, tacky sweaters, and all things merry and bright! I love it!
Last weekend I had the pleasure of working with my dear friend Elisa (she owns a fab event planning company, Events by Elisa, check it out!) and her husband Ryan. They decided to have some fun photos taken for their holiday cards. I was stoked when Elisa showed up in a gorgeous bright red 1950's style dress, perfectly coordinated red lipstick, amazing shoes, and a vintage purse that belonged to her grandmother. Yay! Ryan didn't look to shabby either... he was decked out in a nice suit and hat that matched Elisa absolutely perfectly. Leave it to an event planner to make sure all those little details come together magically. :)
We decided to shoot in Balboa Park, and I am so happy we did. Elisa and Ryan, both who have a great love for music and theater, were inspired by the stage at the Organ Pavillion. Elisa and Ryan danced on stage and began singing a quiet duet of "Baby It's Cold Outside" to each other. It was all very sweet. Throughout the shoot I could tell that Ryan and Elisa are such a great match. They have so much in common, and I can tell they truly do share their lives together in a meaningful way.
