Michelle & Mike's Bright and Sunny Coronado Wedding

Let me start off by saying this:  The sunbburn was worth it.

You might remember Mike & Michelle's couple's session last month... just as a refresher, they got married a few months ago, but June 5th was "The Big Day" where they shared their vows in front of their friends and families.  June Gloom kept it's distance and it was a gorgeous day at Breaker's Beach in Coronado.  The sky and water were the bluest I've seen in quite a while.  The sun was out in full force (I have the awkward farmer's tan and sunburn to proove it!), and it was simply a beautiful day for Mike & Michelle's "I Do's"...

Having already done the "official" vows a few months back, Mike and Michelle decided to write their own this time around.  Mike started his off with a quote from The Simpsons, which was a perfect testament to his playful, joking personality.  Michelle had a tough act to follow, but she held her own and had lovely things to say.  I thought it was cute when during their kiss Mike removed his hat to... block the view.  So fun.

Michelle just wanted to show off her shoes... and they were really cute!

I think its okay to break the rules on your wedding day... Even though it says "keep off"... on a military base... It made for some fun photos!

And to cap off a beautiful afternoon, Mike and his friends decided to celebrate by plunging into the Pacific Ocean...

Many, many congratulations, Mike & Michelle!  Your wedding was beautiful, and I wish you both all the best in the future!
