Fun Little Things...

I am so excited to get these fun little things in the mail this week!  I have three sets of super adorable hand-made signs coming to me in the next few days.

Set One says "Soon to be His Mrs // Soon to be Her Mr." on one side and "We // Will" on the other.  They are such a great little detail for engagement photos.  Think of how awesome they would look on save-the-dates or engagement announcements!

Set Two says "I'm Her Mr.  //  I'm His Mrs." on one side and "Thank // You" on the other.  If you're thinking about adding a cute photo of the two of you in your thank-you notes, this may be a nice option!  We could use these signs during your wedding-day shoot, or perhaps for a fun couple's session!

Set Three is similar to the second set, but with a bit of a twist!  They show the words "Senor // Senora" on one side and "Muchas // Gracias"  on the other!  Again, a great choice for thank-you cards, or just a fun little detail to spice up your wedding photos!

These goodies will be available to you for your engagement, wedding, and couple's shoots starting next week!  If you're feeling inspired by these photo-treats, get in touch!

A Stroll Through Old Town

I'm doing a couple's shoot in Old Town with a a great couple later this month, and I realized I hadn't really spent a lot of time there (except for dinner) in the past few years.  I had some time today, so I headed over there and spent a lovely afternoon in an awesome historic part of San Diego.

The blend of history, culture, and vibrant, colorful atmosphere gives Old Town a certain romantic charm.  I can't wait to do the couple's session there!

I think this is a great spot to take a few romantic photos

I love the modern-style glasswork on this very old church.  So beautiful.

The blue ceiling is great!

There were quite a few Dia de los Muertos and Halloween decorations out.  Love it!

On my way out of the park I found this great tin shop.  It was full of hand-crafted pieces all made out of tin, many with light features.  I wish I had a reason to buy one of those lighted stars!

I really forgot how great Old Town is.  It seems like there are so many opportunities for great photos.  If you feel inspired and want to do some sort of photo session here, let me know!  I'd love another reason to visit!
